Central to the success of our ministry is student engagement through leadership positions. These students volunteer time and energy to serve the ACSC by facilitating community and spiritual growth.

Community Groups are led by two co-leaders. CG Leaders are responsible for leading a small number (ideally 15-25) of ACSC students into becoming a spiritual community which prays together, disciples one another, does life together, and shares one another’s burdens.

Each Community Group has two Freshman Focus Leaders (FFL’s). The role of an FFL is to personally connect with new students, invite them to formal and informal ACSC gatherings, and spiritually influence them to be faithful followers of Jesus.
