 Samuel Childs is from Mobile, Alabama. In Mobile, Samuel attended Mobile
Christian School and worshiped with the Regency Church of Christ congregation. Samuel began playing the
piano at the age of seven. He is currently majoring in Music Education, at Auburn University with
the piano being his majoring instrument. Samuel sings Tenor in the Auburn University Concert
Choir, as well as, participating in five other music ensembles at Auburn. Out of class, Samuel
composes music and spends most of his time with friends at the Auburn Christian Student Center. “I
know I haven’t been in Auburn long, but I don’t know where I would be right now without the
people at the (Auburn Christian) Student Center. I love being a part of FOCUS. I feel it gives me an
opportunity to tell people what the ACSC has to offer, and that the ACSC is the best part of
Auburn University.” |
